Standard furniture is delivered within 7 to 14 working days of order confirmation in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Custom or made-to-order furniture can take up to 21 working days, depending on the design and material. Your showroom consultant will confirm the exact date when you order.

Yes. Anu Furniture delivers and assembles furniture across Hyderabad and Bengaluru at no extra charge.

Please make sure the entryway, stairway and service lift are wide enough for the product. A return cannot be accepted if the product does not fit through them.

Yes, within 24 hours of order confirmation, as long as the order has not been dispatched. You receive a store credit note for 100% of the amount with no expiry date. In exceptional cases a refund to the original payment method is made after deducting bank transaction charges of 2.5%.

Inspect the product when it is delivered and tell us about any problem within 2 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging until then. If the defect is confirmed, we replace the product or offer a reselection based on stock availability.

No. Anu Furniture does not have a change-of-heart policy, so products cannot be returned because you no longer like them. Visiting a showroom before you buy is the best way to be sure.

There is no refund policy at the moment. If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, we replace it, offer a reselection or provide store credit after evaluating the product.

Yes. Products are covered against manufacturing defects and defects in design and workmanship from the date of delivery. The warranty period for each product is listed on its product page. Keep your invoice: it is needed for any claim.

Normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, misuse, water or sunlight, third-party assembly, natural variations in wood and marble, hairline wood cracks under 10 cm, and glass, mirror or stone breakages after delivery is confirmed. The full list is in the refund and warranty policy.

Anu Furniture either repairs the product, at your home or after collecting it, or replaces it with a new one. A replacement is delivered to the original address and the damaged product is collected at the same time.

Yes. Zero-cost EMI is available on all major credit and debit cards, with flexible tenures from 3 to 24 months, as well as Buy Now Pay Later options. You can check eligibility at checkout or in any showroom.

Teak, sheesham (Indian rosewood), mahogany, pinewood and engineered wood. Teak and sheesham are preferred for bedroom and living room furniture for their durability and natural grain.
