Where we deliver

Anu Furniture delivers across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. For any other location, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery and assembly charges

Delivery and assembly are free across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Our team delivers the furniture and assembles it at your home at no extra charge.

Delivery time

Standard furniture is delivered within 7 to 14 working days of order confirmation.

Custom or made-to-order furniture can take up to 21 working days, depending on the design and material.

Your showroom consultant will confirm the delivery date when you order. We cannot provide store credit for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Before delivery

Please make sure the entryway, stairway and service lift are wide enough for the product you have ordered. A return cannot be accepted if the product does not fit through them.

At delivery

Our delivery team checks the quality of every product. Please also inspect it yourself once it is delivered and tell us about any problem immediately, and no later than 2 days from the date of delivery.

Keep the original packaging until this period has passed: return requests cannot be raised without it. If a material defect is confirmed, we replace the product or offer a reselection based on stock availability.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of order confirmation, as long as it has not been dispatched. You receive a store credit note for 100% of the amount, with no expiry date.
